Protein and nutrient packed power seeds give you energy to get through hectic holidays

One Serving:

Mix the seeds and powder together. Add water and let sit for 15 minutes or overnight. Fluff up and garnish.

2 TBSP chia seeds
2 TBSP hemp seeds
1 scoop Golden Goddess Turmeric Chai or Chocolate Elixir mix
¾ cup warm water

Garnish with: fruit, nuts, Greek yogurt, coconut

One Serving

Mix the Golden Goddess Chai with the yogurt and vanilla. Top with apple, walnuts and pomegranate seeds.

1 apple, cored and chopped
1 heaping scoop Golden Goddess Chai Elixir mix
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 TBSP walnuts
1 TBSP pomegranate seeds
